Withdrawal or Cancellation — what's the difference?

Withdrawal (within 14 days of purchase): You want to reverse a recent purchase (refund). Please use the online withdrawal button "Withdraw Contract".

Cancellation (running contract): You have had your licence for more than 14 days and want to end your subscription at the end of the contract period. You are in the right place here.

How does cancellation work?

You may cancel your contract with LokalSkribe UG (haftungsbeschränkt) at any time effective at the end of the respective contract term. Consumers (§ 13 BGB) have a notice period of one (1) month to the end of the month after the initial term expires. See § 3a of our Terms & Conditions for details.

No specific form is required. You may submit your cancellation via the button below, by email, or by post to the address shown in our Legal Notice.

Confirmation: We will confirm receipt of your cancellation and the date of contract termination electronically and in text form without undue delay (§ 312k(4) BGB).
