Cancellation Policy

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the date of conclusion of the contract.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email or via the online withdrawal function).

Online withdrawal function (§ 356a German Civil Code): You can conveniently declare your withdrawal via our online withdrawal button "Withdraw contract". It is linked in the footer of every page on our website and accessible without prior login. After submitting your declaration via the "Confirm withdrawal" button, you will immediately receive a receipt confirmation in text form (by email) including date and time. This confirmation only documents the receipt — we verify the validity of your withdrawal separately afterwards.

Effects of Cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your cancellation. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction.

Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

Important: The right of withdrawal for a contract on the provision of digital content not delivered on a tangible medium expires early under § 356(5) German Civil Code (BGB) only if all three of the following conditions are cumulatively met:

1. You have expressly agreed that we begin executing the contract before the withdrawal period expires;
2. You have acknowledged your awareness that you lose your right of withdrawal upon commencement of performance through this consent; and
3. We have provided you with a confirmation pursuant to § 312f BGB (text-form confirmation of the contract conclusion including this information).

If any one of these conditions is not met, your 14-day right of withdrawal remains in force in full.
