Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the date of conclusion of the contract.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email):

Effects of Cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your cancellation. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction.
Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal
Important: If you download the software and initiate execution of the digital content, your right of withdrawal expires early pursuant to § 356(5) of the German Civil Code (BGB) and in accordance with EU Distance Selling Regulations (Directive 2011/83/EU), provided you have expressly agreed — before the withdrawal period expires — that execution of the contract begins before the end of the withdrawal period, and have acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal upon commencement of performance.
For UK customers: The same applies under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, which are substantially equivalent to EU rules.
