When can you withdraw?
You have the right to withdraw from your contract with LokalSkribe UG (haftungsbeschränkt) within fourteen (14) days from conclusion of the contract, without giving any reason. For exact conditions — in particular the special provision for digital content pursuant to § 356 para. 5 German Civil Code — please refer to our Cancellation Policy.
Difference from termination: Withdrawal is the early dissolution of a contract within the 14-day period (refund of payment). To terminate an ongoing subscription at end of contract period, please use the Cancellation button instead.

Important: The receipt confirmation only documents that we received your withdrawal declaration — not its validity. We will subsequently check whether your withdrawal was timely and whether a withdrawal right exists (in particular § 356 para. 5 German Civil Code for digital content).
